    Question Count filtered data only

Is it possible for one of the count or sum commands to only count filtered data using the autofilter command?

    Hi Paul,

See the Excel SubTotal worksheet function in Excel help,

To sum a filtered A2:A20 range, try:

    =SUBTOTAL(9,A2:A20)
