delete data, keep formulas

I want to develop a worksheet that has my formulas only, so that I can copy the formulas to another new sheet. How can I delete the data without deleting the formulas?

You can delete constants like this

Ctrl A (twice in Excel 2003)
F5 Special
Constants
OK
Press Delete
