Changing Columns to Rows

Is there a way to change a spreadsheet so that the columns become rows and the rows become columns... Other than retyping the whole thing?

Select the data > Edit > Copy > select a blank cell > Edit > Paste Special > check the transpose box > click OK

Works for Columns to Rows and Rows to Columns
