Macro Help:expired between 2 dates

[Gary Hunt]

I need help writing a macro that will calculate how many days have expired between 2 dates. This cannot be done by simply taking one date from another, as I also need to set it to certain parimeters. The best way to explain what I'm trying to do would be to send you the spreadsheet that I'm having trouble with.
