Is it possible to 'force' a user to exit a spreadsheet only via a macro? i.e. is it possible to disable the "Close" command but activate it again in their setup after they've exited the spreadsheet in question?

It's "sort of" possible in a theoretical way -- you remove the menu options
and trap the commands -- but it never really works in practice, and you
can't actually *force* the user as such. There are always ways around it
(most obviously, by disabling macros). Don't go there. Come up with another
design for your application.
