    Show All

No shortcut key is displayed for "Show All", and I use it so often. Is there a way to create one's own shortcout? I was wondering about a macro, but don't want to do something that might create problems.

    Thanks,
    Trudy

    Tools|Customize|commands tab
    data category
Look for the "Show all" button and drag it to your favorite toolbar.

(I've dragged the autofilter button right next to it, too.)

Thanks Dave! I now have them both on my favorite toolbar.
