Projects remain in VBE even after closing workbook

    Excel version: 11 (2003 SP2)
    OS: WXP SP2

Why do VBA projects remain active in the VBE window even after the workbook for the project is closed? Is this a feature?

    Thanks,

    - Al

This is unrelated to my original question but keepITcool's response leads me to wonder...

Could the GDT be causing a problem with the Windows Explorer where over time a number of redundant "Desktop" links appear at the top of the window? These links are not for the Desktop but turn out to be links to some of the other folders I've have accessed since I opened WinExp.
