How do I copy a cell all the way down a column w/o mouse?

Use arrow keys to navigate to where you want to copy.
Hold shift down and use arrow keys to highlight cell(s)
Hit Ctrl + C to copy
use arrow keys to nivigate to where you need to copy to
Hold Shift down and use arrow keys to highlight the area you want to paste to.
Ctrl + V to paste
