    page breaks

    i have being tasked to create a spreadsheet for a member of the family, however as there are so many headings i feel that as they don't under stand computers well i need to make it as simple as possible.
    i would like the page to brake after a selected section of the spreadsheet, for example:

    the 1st section is monthly income, the 2nd is monthly outgoings,3rd is company addresses.

    i would like a brake between the different sections, that when draged up and closed it shows the information and has a heading that stop the section getting lost.

    is this possible as i can seem to get it to work but don't see why it would't.

    thanks either way

    Perhaps it would be better to put the different secions on separate worksheets?

    Re: page breaks

    Click on the cell where you want the break to occur

    >From the main menu select Insert-->Page Break.

    If you click on a cell that contains a page break, to remove it select
    Insert-->Remove Page Break.

    You can check the print view by selecting (from the main menu)
    View-->Page Break Preview.

    This view shows the print area divided into pages as they would be
    printed. You can grab the blue separator lines and drag them to
    wherever you want the breaks to occur (vertically and horizontally).
