How do I show the day and date in excel in the same cell

Assuming your ariginal date is in cell A1, paste this in cell A3 and copy down as far as needed.

=TEXT($A$1+ROW()-2,"ddd, m/d/yyyy")

assuming you have dates in the cells just use

Cell >Format >Number > custom and type this in the box

ddd dd/mm/yy
