Remove Excel Menu Items

Over time I installed Adobe Acrobat PDFcreate and Scansoft PDFCreate softwares. Both put menu items into the Excel 2003 menu at the very top. I have uninstalled the apps but the menu selections still appear in Excel. How can I get rid of these?

Just go to Tools>Customize and then just drag the items off.
