how to get rid of error sign"#DIV/0!" by using IF function?

I have #DIV/0! all the time when doing caculation, because of zero issue. How
could I use a certain function to get rid of this sign? I was told to use IF
funcion to put a condition over there to make it appear as 0? how could I put
    this function?

    Thanks for your advice.
