How can I link a cell in sheet?

Hi,
I am trying to link a cell in my spread sheet with a field on web page which indicates the sunrise time. Any help would appreciated.

Look at

Data > Import External Data > New Web Query. > Put in URL of web page then select the Arrow that is displayed near the field that has the sunrise time

This may return more data than just the sunrise data that you are after
