    Inserting Logo into spreadsheet

I have tried to insert a logo into a spread sheet buut not a real pleasing
    result.

First I scanned the image and then did an import into a spreadsheet but it
takes up the whle page and I want to get it into a cell.

    The picture is a logo say 2.5 cm ( 1.5 ") by 1 cm ( .5 ") but scanned it
seems to be one small corner of an A4 scanner bed.

Sop perhaps I have two issues - inserting into a cell on excel and 2nd
scaning just the image only no surrounding white space?

    help please

    Mike

    Scanned Image Too Large

To remove excess white space around your image after importing into Excel, use the cropping tool on the Excel picture toolbar.

Bring up the picture toolbar by clicking

    View > Toolbars > Picture.

If the picture is huge, try rescanning using fewer dots per inch.

If it's just a little bit too big, you can shrink it by clicking on a corner and dragging toward the centre.
