is it possible to Hiperlynk a excell sheet to a word document is so how would you do it

I assume you mean a link in Excel to Word?

Right-click on cell==>Hyperlink==>Select Folder then file required and click
on file.

Hyperlink will be placed in your cell.

(to go from Word to Excel, follow same route:

Select text ==> right click etc)
