Hello Again!

Is there a User Form or whatever might work that would show a list of text strings and when the user clicked on one of them it would be input into the active cell wherever that may be in a spicified column say only if the active cell was in column B. The list would only need to be 15 or 20 lines and would not be more than 100 characters per line. I could activate the userform with a button or whatever works.
