HELP----Can't get a CSV file to download onto my PC

I get the following error msg when try to download
a CSV file off the web and save to Excel file.

It keeps downloading onto a web page format???

"Microsoft Excel cannot access the file
    'http://www.bankonlinebanking.org/account/histdownload.asp?"

This is in an error window. There is no selection
of either save or run. Just an OK button which
    that takes
me to the web page where the statement information
    is
    showing up.

I was always able to do this when I used Win98SE
with no problem so thought it would be the same
    with XP
Pro sp2. How can I get it to download so I can
    choose
    save?

    Any help would be appreciated..........Thanks

Since I wasn't sure as to whose area this problem
    belonged
I had posted elsewhere and have gotten an answer.
    Here it
is for other's who might have the same problem.
