Help!!!

hello here is my dilema i have a list of product that i have on a3 and i want to have a nother list maybe on another sheet with the amount of this product meaning that i would select the name of the product on a3 and on b3 the amount i need of this product and on c3 it would gime the amount of this selection like if i select on a3 lets say for example rice and on b3 1.5 then on c3 it would give the value of this can this be done maybe with a vlookup or index if so can you guys help thank you in advance
