World Cup tipping

I was lucky to get an excel sheet from a former college.

This is a sheet for tipping football results, we are currently tipping on the World Cup. But the sheet has been critisied and I would like to have try some changes.

At the moment the sheet is giving the following results:

1 point if you get the outcome correct and 2 bonus points if you get the excact score.

Could someone please give the following formula.
1 point for the correct outcome
1 point for the correct score of the "hometeam"
1 point for the correct score of the "awayteam"

We are also gaining point on tipping who goes through to the play-offs.

Today we get:
2 points for each team that is correct tipped to 1/8 finals
3 points for each team that is correct tipped to 1/4 finals
4 points for each team that is correct tipped to semifinals
5 points for each team that is correct tipped to the final
10 point for the correct tipped winner

We would like an slight differnce in the play-offs where we get better paid for "underdogs"

level 1
Tyskland, Argentina, England, Italia, Frankrike, Mexico, Spania og Brasil
get the points in the play-offs

2 points for each team that is correct tipped to 1/8 finals
4 points for each team that is correct tipped to 1/4 finals
6 points for each team that is correct tipped to semifinals
8 points for each team that is correct tipped to the final
12 point for the correct tipped winner

level 2
Nederland, Sveits, Tsjekkia, Kroatia, Sverige, Polen, Portugal, Ukraina
gets 50% more:
3 points for each team that is correct tipped to 1/8 finals
6 points for each team that is correct tipped to 1/4 finals
9 points for each team that is correct tipped to semifinals
12 points for each team that is correct tipped to the final
18 point for the correct tipped winner


level 3
Angola, Australia, Elfenbenskysten, Ecuador, Ghana, Paraguay, Togo og Tunisia
and
level 4
Saudi-Arabia, Sør-Korea, Costa Rica, USA, Iran, Japan, Trinidad og Serbia
gets 100% more:
4 points for each team that is correct tipped to 1/8 finals
8 points for each team that is correct tipped to 1/4 finals
12 points for each team that is correct tipped to semifinals
16 points for each team that is correct tipped to the final
24 point for the correct tipped winner
