    Deleting this white line?

I am working on a report that has been made by other people in my department.
On almost every sheet I see white lines which I can't seem to delete.
The only way I know is to delete the entire rows.
No one knows how those lines are made.

I put an example of the line in a file at http://www.tazlure.nl/whiteline.xls

Can anyone tell me how this line can be deleted?
    Thanks.

    Seems to be a object

Try Options >view > Hide Objects

But then I hide it. I won't see it, but it will still be there.
    I want it gone

    RE: Deleting this white line?

The example white line is in fact a collapsed embedded chart. Perhaps the
columns containing the charts in your workbook were deleted and the charts
    shrunk to zero width.

To delete them, I suggest placing the Select Multiple Objects icon on the
Worksheet Menu Bar (main tool bar):
    1. Select Tools>Customize from the Worksheet Menu Bar
    2. Select the Command tab from the dialog that appears
    3. Select Drawing from the Categories window
    4. In the Commands window, left click the Select Multiple Objects icon
(typically 3rd from the top) and drag the icon onto the Worksheet Menu Bar
    5. Close the Cusomize dialog
    6. Now click the Select Multiple Objects icon. If I am correct, you will
see a chart or charts listed in the dialog that pops up
    7. Click the chart(s) you want to delete (checkmarks will appear)
    8. Click the OK button to close the dialog (this will select the charts)
    9. Now click the Delete key

Note that you can instead drag to the right the sizing handle of one of the
selected charts to resize it so that it can be seen. FYI, the chart in your
example has a Y-axis title "Avg Repair Cost" and a legend with series names
    "Labor", "Parts", "Handling", etc.

    Regards,
    Greg

Perhaps try press F5 > Special > Check "Objects" > OK
(selects all objects on the sheet at one go)
    Then press Delete ..

(Tinker on a spare copy first)

    Hi Ozz,

I don't know what it is but you can get rid of it by selecting
columns A,B + C and deleting the entire columns.

If there is other data in these columns that you wish to keep
you can insert 3 new columns to the right of the object
copy and paste the other data to there and then delete
the columns. You will need to copy and paste one column
at a time otherwise the white line comes with it.

The white line is the chart object. If u can select the object( y using the
select object tool in drawing tools) and expand the object , u can see the
    chart/Graph.
