Countif, not working.

Can someone please help.

I am asking a cell to do below,

=COUNTIF(W3:W26,"Initial Caseload")

But it is not counting all "Initial caseload", but only the first two in the column. I have tried formatting the column, but nothing.

=COUNTIF(W3:W26,"Initial Caseload*")
