    Can you create a "flyover"?

I want to position the cursor over a cell and retrieve a fly over that
provides information about the contents of the cell. Can this be done?

    Thanks,

    Flyover

If not a comment, do you mean one of those little yellow boxes?

If so, that is under the Data menu, then validation (relevant to a cell), you choose a title name, then insert a message.

Not sure what you mean by a flyover, but you can insert a comment in a cell
by right-clicking and choosing "insert comment." There you can enter
    information about the cell.
