    Question A way to print to pdf every tab of Workbook?

    I'm using Adobe PDF Professional and my simple macro
    ' ActiveWorkbook.PrintOut Copies:=1, Collate:=True "
    which I'm 99% worked to print every tab in order of appearance to a single pdf file. Anyhow it doesn't work now for some reason and I was hoping someone would have a suggestion or have a different way of attacking the problem. The macro currently creates multiple PDF files for each tab in order. I have way to many tabs to splice them together and too many to list. Any help would be greatly appreciated,

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    are you sure that 'Colate' wasn't used for multiple copies rather than multiple prints?

    There is a way to get Adobe Professional to join mutliple files, unfortunately, like all things un-used, it fades from memory, and, due to the number of products available, it cannot be found via Google.

    It was something like open the First file, then Insert Page, select the LAST sheet required, then Shift-select the Next sheet.

    The sheets were then inserted in order of that list (normally in alpha sequence)

    Hopefully someone can recall the correct instructions for this.
