Custom Title for Link

So one thing I am not versed in is how to post a link and put my own custom text with the link. My links just end up as a link with the URL. I notice people have links that say something like.
Attach Spreadsheet. So I want to post the following link:

http://www.excelforum.com/members/da...ch-a-file.html

and add custom text to it.
I found this BB code page and I tried to do what I see when you go to the url code section. Near the end of the code where it says Excel Help Forum before the final "/url", but I don't get the desired results. Anybody care to offer me a lesson on this. Thanks.

Do you mean to have a link like here?

If you highlight the word you want to add the link to, and then click the little Globe/Link button in the editor window, you enter the url-click ok and the Bob's your uncle.
