    Forum Groups - Attachments?

I may be wrong, but I thought that we could add attachments in Groups. I thought the thread/posting was the same as the main forum. I don't see that functionality in the group Advanced posting. Am I mis-remembering how groups worked from before the upgrade, or did things change?

I'm more shocked that someone even uses the groups than the fact that you can't upload attachments in them. I just finished going through the Groups and deleted several that looked like they were created solely for spam. I'm personally OK with the fact that you can't upload attachments there. One less place to clean up on here.

See, the purpose of this group was to share resources in preparation for MOS certification. We chose to make a group to keep the discussions focus. Allowing for attachments would allow us to share practice workbooks and troublesheet problems. Or upload other, helpful documents.

I did not realize the functionality was limited in the groups.

Does seem a bit daft that you can't add attachments. You could always ask Roy whether it's something that could be switched on while Vai and his 'technical team' are messing about.
