One can find many recources in this forum and I just came across one I like in particular as it shows you Excel tricks through youtube and will give you the example workbooks (just download). I feel this is a great way to learn.

Kudos to Mike for the fact that he always gives credit to those who demo'd the tricks to him in the first instance - the same is not true of all those who blog and youtube these things.
