This file has been spread all over My Picture folders and sub-folders.
Please help me with removing of this file.
Select the file and press the Delete key.

It is probably not the same file, it is a different file (although the same name) for each folder containing images. It generates (perhaps obviously, because of the name) thumbnail views for each folder and often comes in handy.
You can, as shg says, delete them or you can prevent them being created in the first place. I think the setting to turn them off is in 'Tools' in your desktop explores where you should find an option to turn them off/disable them.

Thanks a lot for your suggestions.But the thing is that it is not going to delete after pressing delete button.These files comes again and again after deleting.Is this due to some virus or some another problem.Please sort out my problem.Thanks

They are not viruses, but a feature of the file system. If I were you I'd leave them alone.
