Because they are all phony posts collected from months-old posts on other forums posted by phony members for purposes unknown.

All posts made since we made those responsible aware that this practice contravenes forum rules have been physically deleted from the site and profiles banned as spammers - the posts serve no purpose (other than to undermine the site's integrity) and are a blatant abuse of trust.

I still can't work out what anyone hoped to achieve with those posts. They didn't seem to be advertising anything, where dragging in old message under different names. Even spammers usually have some goal surely... confused?

Strangely they all seemed to join the forum on the same date (26 Feb. 2009, I think) and had previous posts... more confused?

Oh well, back to something else that confuses me... my spreadsheet!
