Thread: What's monaco's attitude towards the reform of CS?

gosh,i'm a freshman in my high school MUN and now i'm asked to write a position paper on the Reform of the United Nations Security Council, the country i'm represent is monaco. but gosh it is such a small country(no offense), i know nothing about it(if GG counts) and it's so hard to figure out what is its attitude.
do you guys know anything about this country, does it have the same attitude as France or it has its own opinion? just tell me something about it...i'm dying here...

plus, i DID check on the internet to see if i can get anything, but the truth is i found nothing help..
