    Thumbs up Find and Replace - with condition

    Hi!

    I use MS Office 2007

    I have some results from ABBYY Fine reader! ( Records of many citizens)

    I like to separate the records indivitually!

    Problempresently i have copied only 2 records..... actually there are more)

    214 14 316 4778 Mrs.Remedios J Koran Dallas.TX $Ei5htHund
    red Fifty Five "housanc Three Hundred Seventy Six AND Twenty One.Si
    x Two% (after Total Interest Calculation - (minus) 17 %) (Redu
    ction in Purchase Value - (minus) 16 %) (after Monthly Principal C
    alculation - (minus) 12 %) Fifteen Years AND Six.Five % Mr.Morr
    is H Lawrence 3 46 6 3 45 6 136
    25 9Y 91 2789 393 6 Ms.Martha S Garris Ashburn.VA $Seven Hundred
    Fourteen Thousand One Hundred Eleven AND Eidhfeen.Seven Two% (aft
    er Total Interest Calculation - (minus) 11 %) (Reduction in Pure
    hase Value - (minus) 19 %) (after Monthly Principal Calculation -
    (minus) 17 %) Twerty Six Years AND Eleven.Eioht % Mrs. Justin
    eEJenkins A56 1 6 6 113334344 1

    Suggestions: all the lines are separated using - PARAGRAPH MARKS
    All i need is to FIND : any digit followed by a paragraph mark and REPLACE: them with the same digit but 2 paragraph marks, which will help me to separate them individually.

    which results:

    214 14 316 4778 Mrs.Remedios J Koran Dallas.TX $Ei5htHund
    red Fifty Five "housanc Three Hundred Seventy Six AND Twenty One.Si
    x Two% (after Total Interest Calculation - (minus) 17 %) (Redu
    ction in Purchase Value - (minus) 16 %) (after Monthly Principal C
    alculation - (minus) 12 %) Fifteen Years AND Six.Five % Mr.Morr
    is H Lawrence 3 46 6 3 45 6 136

    25 9Y 91 2789 393 6 Ms.Martha S Garris Ashburn.VA $Seven Hundred
    Fourteen Thousand One Hundred Eleven AND Eidhfeen.Seven Two% (aft
    er Total Interest Calculation - (minus) 11 %) (Reduction in Pure
    hase Value - (minus) 19 %) (after Monthly Principal Calculation -
    (minus) 17 %) Twerty Six Years AND Eleven.Eioht % Mrs. Justin
    eEJenkins A56 1 6 6 113334344 1

    I tried using :

    FIND: ^#^p
    REPLACE: ^p^p (but it takes off the last digit, where the records gets separated)

    I appreciate your early reply

    Re: Find and Replace - with condition

    Find = ^#^p
    Replace = ^&^p
