Word format - Horizontal line

Hi all,

This has been troubling me for quite some time. I have a document that after one particular section a horizontal line appears.

I can't delete it, or seem to be able to select it. I would like to remove it

Ahh, never mind - I figured it out - there was a border under the paragraph.

This has been bugging me for years and as soon as I ask for help I figure it out!
