Is there a way, without macros, to have a word document saved with the document map visible so that other users see it when they open the file. I have found this feature to be a user specific feature and was wondering if there was somehting I was doing wrong.

While I am sure this can be done with a macro, I would like to keep this as a last resort as users seldom read before they click.
