Caption list appears in TOC along with headers. WHY?

Hi
Inspite of having strong Word skills I can't figure it out.

I created Table of contents... and everything was fine until yesterday.
Yesterday, looked through document map, and observed captions and bulleted list numbers also there.
Then I updated my TOC, and it included captions and bulleted lists along with headers.
My question is s WHY?
I want only headers be there!!!

References > Table of Contents > Options > untick Outline Levels and Table entry fields

I appreciate your help, Thank u very much!
But, to tell the truth I found it yesterday after long searching. Caption list dissapeared from TOC but stil presence in document map. Can you tell me why?

PS. I use Document map to jump from heading to heading easly...
