I have a form that several people use that is sent to customers after the fields are filled in.

I want to add a comment alerting users of a change, but I don't want the comment printed.

The form is p/w protected to prevent users from editing (it's an ISO9001 form).

I want to make it default to "document" in the {Print what:} box on the printing dialog, but can't figure out how to do it.
