    Exclamation Changes won't save! =(

    This is for microsoft word. Can you help? My changes are not saving. I've tried several different things and nothing is working! Please help me!!!

    Track changes is on. I can't find the 'promt to save as normal.dot' in the tool, options, general tab

    Save all did not work.

    What else can I do?

    Has Control+S worked?

    Try File--> Save As... and try to save it as a different name.

    What are you trying to save? A Word document or a template?
