Thread: locking the Word format

I have a word doc that i have created. It's a form that will be printed out and filled in manually. I have use table's to create this form. But when i send it to another user the table move around which makes it unprintable without reformatting it. Is there anyway that i can save the format so when opened on another machine the format adjust to the same as the file. I have only really changed the margins.
