    Question Alignment of merged fields

I want to align the following three merged fields in a word document from Excel Sheet as a single line heading:

1234-C Mr. Rahat Ali Khan 24/04/2010

The left and right most fields are of fixed length and middle one has a variable length.
As middle one field has variable length of characters, the right field does not align properly.

Can some one help me to resolve this problem.

It's not very clear what you want to achieve and what the problem is.

Can you post a few rows of data in an Excel file and a sanitised version of your Word merge document?

Then please mock up how you would like the data to be displayed.

    cheers
