Thread: Letter Referencing and Management

Hey,
Ours is a small company and we are facing a slight problem with our outgoing communications in letters.
I'd like to know if there is a way to give auto reference numbers to our letters so that we can keep a track of the communications sent out and ways to manage this database.

Any help on this issue to get me started?
