Okay what I'm doing is sending out several demands to customers and I wrote this code:
{ MERGEFIELD Send_to_Full_Name \* Caps \b "and" }
But when I'm on step 5 (preview of letters) it has:
Ex. And JANE Doe
I would like it to show:
Ex. and Jane Doe
What I noticed though is that when I toggle the field code and then press F9 i get:
Ex. And Jane Doe
Which is right but I want it to show proper the 1st time....

I replaced the "and " with "& " and it works right now.
