    Smile Word spacing

    Hello.

I am really confused as to how to align all the words in my full document so that they each are just one space apart. For some reason I opened the document and saw that every single word, in each paragraph, had spaced away from each other like 5 and more spaces. I don't quite understand how this happened.

i would like to know can I select my entire 10 page document and align all the words in their normal order with just a click of a button or is that hopeless and i will just have to backspace each word in the correct order for the whole document. Any help will be most appreciated. Thank you.

    Re: Word spacing

    Welcome to the forum.

If your paragraphs are formatted as justified, then Word inserts space (not spaces) to align the text at the left and right margins. If that's what's happening, just align the paragraphs left.

Or, better, change style Normal to be left aligned, and reset the paragraphs to Normal.

If that's not the problem, can you upload a small example?
