Thread: help with indenting paragraph

Ok. Very simple problem this??? Crazy.

I am trying to indent just a small paragraph - a quote in the middle of my essay.
But it is moving ALL the text on the page and not the short paragraph.

What is that about?? I cannot move just the rectangle on the ident tab. The whole thing moves. Its insane.
Ive tried googling this but to no avail, which brought me here.
Any help and I would be very grateful.
