Hello Guys,
I have multiple word files in a folder which i need to convert into an image files.
I need a Macro which automatically converts all word files, in a folder, into an image file without losing formatting of files.
Any help will be appreciated.

Other than multi-page TIFFs, I am not aware of any image format that would support saving a multi-page document as an image file. Word has no SaveAs function for producing single-page or multi-page TIFFs, however (or for any other graphics format). You could, of course, save the documents as PDFs or XPS files, but even those aren't true image files.
The Microsoft Office Document Image Writer, which MS used to supply with Office 2003, could create monochrome TIFFs for fax purposes, but that wouldn't be any good if your documents use colour.
There are, of course, third-party products that claim to be able to convert Word documents to TIFF. For example:
