Record target positions from clicking on an image

    Hi guys,

I would like to seek some advice from you guys on a report template that i wish to create and with the help of VBA and userforms, allows user to generate the report easily.

    My problem

Lets say in a archery game, there are X number of bow per player. So i wish to record where the bow landed on the bulls-eye board by displaying a bull-eye picture and allow user to click on the spot where it landed and mark a "X" based on the position of the cursor on the image.

But there is no fix number of bow a player can have, so in the user form, i would require the user to select number of bow (or number of shots) so it can be added into the report.

I dont have a better way how the report can be added X number of shots using VBA cause i understand that we have to create a bookmark so we can insert stuff based on the bookmark link. Or I can have a button that says "Add new shots", then a form will appear allowing user to select the fall of shorts and "Submit" will add the particular shot into the report. And this step can be repeated.

Any expert can assist or advice on my problem?

    thanks Paul.

Welcome to the forum Benjamineyap, Nice to have you with us.

There are some certain rules regarding Cross Posting.

    Rule 8 Sate's that:
Do not crosspost your question on multiple forums without including links here to the other threads on other forums[/B].

Cross-posting is when you post the same question in other forums on the web. The last thing you want to do is waste people's time working on an issue you have already resolved elsewhere. We prefer that you not cross-post at all, but if you do (and it's unlikely to go unnoticed), you MUST provide a link (copy the url from the address bar in your browser) to the cross-post.

Expect cross-posted questions without a link to be closed and a message will be posted by the moderator explaining why. We are here to help so help us to help you!

Read this to understand why we ask you to do this, and then please edit your first post to include links to any and all cross-posts in any other forums (not just this site).

    Thank you.
I think people forget the word "THANK YOU!!!!" Do you still know it???

There is a little star ( ADD REPUTATION ) below those person who helped you. Click it to say your "PRIVATE APPRECIATION TO THEIR EFFORT ON THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS "

    Regards,
    Vladimir
