I am working on a project in Word 2010 but am very much a beginner. The details of the project don't matter too much but I have re-written and re-designed the macros within the document. The previous designer made an Add-In Ribbon where you could choose to run the Macros by clicking one of the buttons therein. I cannot work out how this is done and cannot change these items so they have different titles and different targets

I only seem to be able to delete these buttons or the whole Ribbon but nothing more useful.
Is anyone able to help?
