May this be due to some virus.You have to reinstall your Office again bcoz the file seems to be corrupted.When any exe file not able to open it means it is infected from virus.Just scan your system first it may be possible that your office works fine after scanning else you will have to reinstall office.
Ya exlGuru it was due to virus when i scan my system there are lot of viruses detected by the antivirus.I remove all of them.And now it working fine.Thanks a lot ExlGuru.
