Hi,
there are many ways to "connect" Word and Excel files. What exactly do you want to do?
You can embed an Excel table in a Word document, or embed and link, so data gets updated, you can create/edit/save/print a Word document from an Excel VBA macro.
Maybe you need to read up a bit on the subject? There's quite a lot of info in the MS Office documentation. Use it!
