Content with formatting from Word into excel cell

I have a project where I have content writers writing content in word to have legal approval and than they have to put it into excel worksheet to have the IT team load it into the system. When the content which is formatted and has all trademarks, product names that are in Italics with subheadings that are bold. When they paste this into Excel cell it looses all the formatting and has to be again formatted in Excel.

Does anybody know a way or a macro to do this without formatting it again in Excel
