How to link data from Excel to Word including graphs

I have two spreadsheets. One has data being entered into it and the second spreadsheet has a graph chart which is linked to spreadsheet one and updates the graph as the data is changed. What I want to do now is be able to extract all this data neatly into either a .pdf or .doc file where it shows the whole table of data along with the updated graph all in one document so that it can be easily presentable. Please help.
