Create chart by excel COM in C#

I want to create chart by excel COM interface in C# language, and the value and wanted chart is attached.

you've posted this in the Word Programming forum, where it does not belong. You'd have more success in the Excel Forums, if it is an Excel related question. But I'm not really sure what your question is. Do you need help for Excel? For the COM interface (whatevers that is)? Or for C#? The latter you won't find here, though.

Avoid pie charts with more than two data points. Why? See here (pdf, 559 kb). The only acceptable pie chart is here.
