I have 100 checkboxes on my word document, but when check1 is complete then I would like all the others to be complete, if check1 is empty then all the others can be completed seperatly.
Hope that makes sense

Not sure how you have this all set out without seeing it - why not add one more checkbox that is called SELECT ALL triger all from there
Be quicker and easier
I have a similar dilemma. Is there a way to UNCHECK all? I have numerous sheets each with unique data which the checkbox prompts to pull into a summary sheet. The summary sheet will only contain data from one of maybe 12 sheets plus one generic sheet of data. Each time the file is accessed. I would like an easy way to clear each sheet of all checkboxes on so it's a fresh start. This can be done either as individual sheets or global if easier. tx
